My aim is to inform and entertain with this blog; I'm writing my own real experiences and yours may be different. If you're offended in anyway you're taking this the wrong way. I hope that the airports and airline will improve eventually if enough people are educated about it and demand better service.
Certainly not all experiences were bad; I'll have more updates and some pictures over the weekend.

I appreciate your optimism, however, I seached the web, and Air India is listed as a 3 star airline, though the comments listed on the web site sound strangely familiar.
